You only need to complete the registration form once, when you first enroll. Once you're registered, simply log in to the portal to register for the next month or session. This makes re-enrollment quicker and easier while still helping us keep accurate attendance records.
FOR REGULAR SESSIONS
Yes, but only if the student wants a Studio Art or Portfolio Prep make-up class. Please read our ‘Make-up Class Policy’ below for more details.
You can now manage absences and make-up classes directly through the portal. If your student will miss a class, simply mark the absence date in the portal and select a make-up date that works for you.
FOR SUMMER ART CAMP
There will be NO make-up class available.
After completing the registration form, please pay using the method you chose during the registration process.

*Please pay the tuition and registration fee (if new student) before the first day of class
At the end of the registration form, you will see the "Tuition Total," which represents the final fee, including tuition and one-time registration fees for new students.
If the Tuition Total shows 0 or much more than you expected, don't hesitate to contact us directly (email hello@spacein.com) so we can double-check your submitted form.
If your class appears as “CLOSED” or “FULL" during registration, it indicates that we aren't accepting new students. However, if you or your student was enrolled in the previous month's "CLOSED" class, a seat is reserved, so you can still sign up. Please reach out to us with any additional questions regarding the "CLOSED” class.
We don't offer trial classes at this time. If you're unsure whether a class is the right fit, please contact us before registering. We're happy to talk about your child's age, interests, and the best class time.

If a student is picked up late from class, $5 per 5 minutes will be charged.
FOR REGULAR SESSIONS
A make-up class is only available to students who missed their registered class day and/or time. Please read below before requesting a make-up class.
- Available only for ‘Studio Art’ and ‘Portfolio Prep.’ classes
- One make-up class per month
- No carryover
- For the make-up class, a student must attend a different class of the same subject during the scheduled time
FOR SUMMER ART CAMP
During the Summer Art Camp weeks, no make-up class will be offered for any reason.
By submitting the registration form, no refunds are available. All sales are final.
