Please complete the registration form at the beginning of each new month or session unless you have registered for multiple months or sessions.
Although this repetitive process may become tiresome, it will help us maintain accurate student attendance records per month/session.
After completing the registration form, please pay using the method you chose during the registration process.

Write a check to ‘spaceIN art studio’ and mail or drop it off to:

*Please pay the tuition and registration fee (if new student) before the first day of class
At the end of the registration form, you will see the "Tuition Total," which represents the final fee, including tuition and one-time registration fees for new students.
If the Tuition Total shows 0 or much more than what you expected to see, don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly (email spaceinartstudio@gmail.com) so we can double-check your submitted form.
FOR REGULAR SESSIONS
Yes, but only if the student wants a Studio Art or Portfolio Prep make-up class. Please read our ‘Make-up Class Policy’ below for more details.
FOR SUMMER ART CAMP
There will be NO make-up class available.
If your class appears as “CLOSED” or “FULL" during registration, it indicates that we aren't accepting new students. However, if you or your student was enrolled in the previous month's "CLOSED" class, a seat is reserved, so you can still sign up. Please reach out to us with any additional questions regarding the "CLOSED” class.

If a student is picked up late from class, $5 per 5 minutes will be charged.
FOR REGULAR SESSIONS
A make-up class is only available to students who missed their registered class day and/or time. Please read below before requesting a make-up class.
- Available only for ‘Studio Art’ and ‘Portfolio Prep.’ classes
- One make-up class per registration (1 month or 1 session)
- No carryover
- For the make-up class, a student must attend a different class of the same subject during the scheduled time
FOR SUMMER ART CAMP
During the Summer Art Camp weeks, no make-up class will be offered for any reason.
By submitting the registration form, no refunds are available. All sales are final.
Parents or guardians are responsible for disclosing any information related to a student’s learning, behavioral, emotional, sensory, or developmental needs that may affect participation in class.
The studio shall not be held liable for incidents, disruptions, or safety concerns arising from student needs or conditions that were not disclosed prior to enrollment.
Disclosure of such information enables the studio to make reasonable efforts to support the student; however, the studio does not provide specialized or one-on-one accommodations.
