When registering a new student for the first time, there is a one-time fee of $30 that must be paid in addition to the tuition.

Registering multiple children? Get a discount!
Second child fee is $15, and no fee for the third and more. Enjoy the savings!

No need to pay the $30 registration fee. Just start registering and only pay the tuition!

Find out answers to Frequently Asked Questions related to class registration

Kindly complete the registration form at the commencement of each new month/session, unless you have already registered for multiple months/sessions.
We understand that this repetitive process may become tiresome, but it will assist us in maintaining accurate records of student attendance per month/session.
After finishing up the registration form, please go ahead and make the payment using the method you chose during the registration process.

*Please pay the tuition and registration fee (if new student) before the first day of class
At the end of the registration form, you will see the "Tuition Total" which represents the final fee including both tuition and one-time registration fees for new students.
If the Tuition Total shows 0 or a lot more than what you were expecting to see, don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly (email to spaceinartstudio@gmail.com) so we can double-check your submitted form.
FOR REGULAR SESSIONS
Yes, only if the student is looking for a make-up class in Studio Art, Manga Drawing, or Portfolio Prep class. Please read our ‘Make-up Class Policy’ below for more details.
FOR 2024 SUMMER ART CAMP
There will be NO make-up class available.

We kindly ask our parents/guardians to agree with our policies regarding the class registration

If a student is picked up late from class, $5 per 5 minutes will be charged.
FOR REGULAR SESSIONS
A make-up class is only available to students who missed their registered class day and/or time. Please read below before asking for a make-up class.
- Available only for ‘Studio Art’, ‘Manga Drawing’, and ‘Portfolio Prep.’ classes
- One make-up class per registration (1 month or 1 session)
- No carryover
- For the make-up class, a student must attend a different class of the same subject during the scheduled time
FOR 2024 SUMMER ART CAMP
During the Summer Art Camp weeks, NO make-up class will be offered for any reasons.
By submitting the registration form, there are NO refunds available. All sales are final.
